The High Life is a DVD released by the ska punk band [spunge] on March 21, 2005. The High Life, a mocumentary made with the help of Goblin Pictures, features interviews, backstage footage, the band's music videos, photo galleries, live show footage, and more. The DVD is distributed by Plastichead Distribution and released on the band's own record label, Dent'All Records.
