The Goldeneye is a smooth cocktail made from rum and pineapple juice served in an margarita glass with a wedge of pineapple. A lime wheel can be substituted for the pineapple wedge.
Preparation
The typical preparation is equal parts Blackwell Rum and pineapple shaken over ice. Also, the cocktail can be blended. A wheel of lime or a pineapple wedge are added as a garnish.
