The Ferryman (Chinese: ) is an upcoming Chinese comedy-drama film written and directed by Zhang Jiajia and produced by Wong Kar-wai with Alibaba Pictures. It is based loosely on Zhangs own book Passing From Your World in the collection I Belonged to You. Filming started in July 2015.
