The Defender Association

The Defender Association is a nonprofit law firm serving Seattle and King County, Washington.

The Defender Association (or T.D.A. as it is commonly known as) is the largest and oldest public defender association in Washington State. Other public defender associations in King County include the Associated Counsel for the Accused (A.C.A.), Northwest Defender Association (N.D.A.), and Society of Counsel Representing Accused Persons (S.C.R.A.P).
