Claire manages to resist to the temptation by telling him that she is married, and thanks to Gloria’s help, Phil manages to understand that his wife was also in an innocent flirtation. Manny (Rico Rodriguez), who is with Jay at this time, discovers that Jay’s old nemesis Earl Chambers is the responsible. After a brief fight, Chambers suggests that he and Jay could make their collective show, which Jay refuses. Chambers decides to make his own show instead, and desactivate commentaries much to Jay’s wrath, so Jay won’t have to troll him back.

Mitchell (Jesse Tyler Ferguson) is very confused when Cameron (Eric Stonestreet) decides to teach Lilly (Aubrey Anderson-Emmons) how to bike. Lilly is afraid of riding, especially when Cameron falls and breaks his arm. Instead of rushing to the hospital, he decides to pretend that he does not suffer from an injury and while wanting to pretend he fell and broke his arm as he took a bath, he really has a head concussion, which makes Lilly also afraid of showers. At the end of this episode, Cameron reveals to Mitchell that he actually is afraid because Lilly grows up too fast and Lilly finally learns how to ride a bike, after being dared by her friends.
