The Company was launched in 2004 By Mr. Vasant Valsan And His Co-Partners Mr. David Polycarp.The Company programmes aired on Disney Channel India are known as Disney Channel India Original Series. The first Disney channel India original Series to be produced by The Company is Best of Luck Nikki. As of 2012, nearly all of Disney Channel India's live-action original programming is produced by The Company.
