The Avenue Building is a mid-sized commercial building located in the suburb of Nyali in the City of Mombasa, Kenya. The building comprises four floors plus a basement level and measures over 55,000 square feet.
The Avenue was opened in June 2015 and features a restaurant and shops on the ground floor, a tile and bathroom showroom for Ideal Ceramics on the first floor, offices on the second floor and a bar and lounge on the third floor.
The building is found directly behind City Mall on the corner of Mahesh Doshi Road and Second Avenue. The building was designed by Pankaj C Pandya Architects and was built by Landmark Holdings Limited.
