Thallarcha catasticta is a moth in the Arctiidae family. It was described by Lower in 1915. It is found in Australia, where it has been recorded from New South Wales, South Australia, Victoria and Western Australia.

The forewings are white with black zigzag lines and spots. The hindwings are pale yellow with a dark mark near the middle and at the apex.
