Teulisna harmani is a moth in the family Erebidae. It was described by Holloway in 2001. It is found on Borneo, Java and Bali. The habitat consists of upper montane forests.
The length of the forewings is 11–12 mm for males and 12–14 mm for females. The ground colour of the forewings is straw, suffused with darker brown and with a dark medial fascia.
