Chicago Bears
On May 11, 2015, Williams signed to the Chicago Bears. On September 5, 2015, he was waived.
On September 8, 2015, Williams signed to the Chicago Bears' practice squad. On October 6, 2015, he was waived.
On December 30, 2015, Williams signed to the Chicago Bears' active roster.
