Terence Michael "Terry" Forrest is an Australian Trials Division justice at the Supreme Court of Victoria appointed in 2009. Prior to his appointment, he practised law in Australia for thirty years. His brother, Jack Forrest, is also a judge of the Supreme Court of Victoria. His father, James Herbert Forrest, was a County Court judge and Acting Chief Judge of that court.
