Early and Personal Life

Terre Thomas was born to actors Dany Thomas and Rose Marie Mantell Thomas on November 9, 1942. Her birth name is Theresa Thomas and she is 79 years old as of 2021.
Career

Coming from an artist family Terre Thomas aspired to become an actress since the early days. Accordingly, she also tried her luck in the television industry with TV series like "That Girl" in 1966 and a biographical series called Intimate Portrait in 1990. But she could not do much in acting and eventually went on to take her father's (a veteran actor) position of a keynote speaker at the annual ESA convention at St Jude's hospital.
Terre is a member of the ALSAC/St. Jude Boards of Directors and Governors since 1980. Her valuable inputs have led the hospital to expand and grow over the years. She has also been the official spokesperson for the hospital before several groups and institutions across the country.
Terre is also a professional singer. She made her singing debut at Sands Hotel in Las Vegas. SHe has also played at Harrah's Club in Lake Tahoe and sang on The Tonight Show. Apart from this, Terre also sings on behalf of St. Jude and represents the hospital at the Country Cares for St. Jude Kids® radiothons.
Family

Terre Thomas is the middle sibling of Marlo Thomas and Tony Thomas. She hosts the annual Runway for Life® Celebrity Fashion Show in Hollywood with her siblings. The show which also features several Hollywood stars as guests raises $1 million a year for St. Jude. The trio of Terre, Marlo, and Tony also created Thanks and Giving, a national campaign that encourages holiday shoppers to “Give thanks for the healthy kids in your life, and give to those who are not” in 2014.
