Termessa congrua is a moth in the Arctiidae family. It was described by Walker in 1865. It is found in Australia, where it has been recorded from New South Wales and Queensland.

The wingspan is about 30 mm. Adults are yellow with two black zig-zag lines across the forewings, and a black mark on the margin near the apex. The hindwings are yellow with a black band along each margin.
