Terence P. Jeffrey (born c. 1959) is editor-in-chief of the conservative United States Internet news service, a position he assumed in September 2007. In 1996, he became editor of Human Events, a national conservative weekly newspaper in the United States, since converted to a website. Prior to that, he served as campaign manager to Republican Pat Buchanan in the latter's unsuccessful bid for the 1996 presidential nomination against Robert J. Dole. He was research director in Buchanan's 1992 campaign. In between the two Buchanan races, Jeffrey was executive director of Buchanan's foundation, The American Cause.

Jeffrey was born in San Francisco, California, and graduated in 1981 from Princeton University in New Jersey. He worked from 1987 to 1991 as an editorial writer at the Washington Times.

In July 2010, the publisher Regnery released his book, Control Freaks: 7 Ways Liberals Plan to Ruin Your Life.
