Teodor Laço

Teodor Laço (6 September 1936 – 15 October 2016) was an Albanian writer and diplomat. He was the Minister of Culture from 1994 until 1997 and later the Albanian ambassador to the Russian Federation.

Born in Dardhë in 1936, he studied agronomy at the Agricultural University of Tirana. He was the founder and leader of Liberal Union Party of Albania.
