Teng Zhiqiang (Chinese: 滕志强; born October 26, 1991 in Gaocun, Mayang, Hunan) is a Chinese male Slalom Canoeist. He was the gold medalists at slalom c-1 title in the 2010 Guangzhou Asian Games, the 2010 Xiasi Asian Championships and the 2013 Guangzhou National Games. At the 2012 Summer Olympics he competed in the C-1 event where he finished in 12th place after being eliminated in the semifinals.

Teng was born in Chetou (车头村), Gaocun (高村镇), Mayang. while he was little child, he became a good swimmer. in 2002, he went to Heyuan Water Sports Center with Sui Hongjun, a famous slalom coach. In 2010, he ranked 1st at slalom c-1 event, Teng became the first person from Mayang who won the gold medalist in Asian Games, also he was the first person who won the gold medalist at slalom events in Asian Games.
