Tegeticula intermedia is a moth of the Prodoxidae family. It is found in North America throughout the Great Plains and further east. The range extends into central New Mexico. The habitat consists of sand dunes, pine forests and glades in the east, and grassland, shrub desert, and pinyon forests in the rest of the range.

The wingspan is 18–29 mm. The forewings are wide and blunt and usually white but occasionally with tan coloration. The hindwings are medium to light brownish gray.

The larvae feed on Yucca filamentosa, Yucca smalliana, Yucca flaccida, Yucca glauca, Yucca arkansana, Yucca campestris, Yucca constricta and Yucca baileyi var. intermedia. They feed on developing seeds. Pupation takes place in a cocoon in the soil.
