Theodore Keirstead Stackhouse (born November 2, 1894 in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia - d. November 24, 1975) was a professional ice hockey defenceman who played one season in the NHL for the Toronto St. Pats.

Stackhouse played only 13 games in the NHL (1921–22). However, he made that lone season count by helping the St. Pats defeat their PCHL rivals, the Vancouver Millionaires for the Stanley Cup.
