Tarucus kulala, the Turkana Pierrot, is a butterfly in the Lycaenidae family. It is found in Somalia (Ogaden) and northern Kenya.

Adults have been recorded feeding from the flowers of Loewia tanaensis.

The larvae probably feed on Ziziphus species.
