Tarpey Village is a census-designated place in Fresno County, California, between Fresno and Clovis, 2 miles (3.2 km) south of the latter, near Tarpey. Tarpey village falls within the Clovis Unified School District. It lies at an elevation of 351 feet (107 m). At the 2010 census, the population was 3,888.

The 2010 United States Census reported that Tarpey Village had a population of 3,888. The population density was 4,829.4 people per square mile (1,864.7/km²). The racial makeup of Tarpey Village was 2,868 (73.8%) White, 77 (2.0%) African American, 59 (1.5%) Native American, 261 (6.7%) Asian, 3 (0.1%) Pacific Islander, 452 (11.6%) from other races, and 168 (4.3%) from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1,219 persons (31.4%).
