Premise
Targeting is about a Mattie Ridgeway, a troubled Marine, who returns home from the war in Afghanistan believing that she was setup by her translator to have killed a child while in action. She soon finds an Afghan man remarkably like her translator back in her hometown and begins to use her skills as a Special Ops to target the immigrant.
Production
Targeting was shot in San Pedro in January, 2012 in eighteen days.
Fundraising for the post production of Targeting was done via Indiegogo.com.
Release
Targeting premiered in June 2014 at the Dances With Films Festival in Los Angeles.
The film will be released on iTunes on May 19.
