The Tanglewood Open is a defunct Grand Prix affiliated men's tennis tournament played from 1971 to 1973. It was held near Clemmons, North Carolina in the United States and played on outdoor hard courts.

Jaime Fillol was the most successful player at the tournament, winning the singles competition twice.
