Tamara Barykova ( born in 1914, Moscow, Russian Empire - unknown) was a student and a victim of religious repression against Catholics in USSR.

Biography

Tamara Barykova was born in 1914 in Moscow. She was a student at the Institute of Architecture and attend services conducted by Father Sergei Solovyov (Catholic priest) in the side altar of the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception of the Holy Virgin Mary (Moscow), and later illegal worship in homes of parishioners.

Barykova was arrested on gang case of Russian Catholics on 15 February 1931, but was not convicted. On February 21, 1935 arrested again on group case of the Catholic community of Petrovsky Monastery. On April 26 of that year, she was sentenced under Art. 58-10 and 58-11 of the Criminal Code of the USSR to five years of hard labor camps. Barykova was sent to the camp, but her subsequent fate is unknown.
