Talal Sulaiman Alrahbi is an Omani economist and politician. He was born on May 3, 1974, and is Deputy Secretary-General for the Supreme Council for Planning. He graduated from the University of Louisiana in the United States with a bachelor's degree in economics and the University of Oregon with a master's degree in public policy and management.
