First english department s student of takhar university
The Takhar University (Persian: پوهنتون تخار; TU) was established with the name Abdullah bin Msoud by Burhanuddin Rabbani, outside Afghanistan. It registered within the Ministry of Education's registry in 1994. In May 2010, the university had 1572 students (1406 male and 166 female) and 47 teachers (42 male and 5 female).
