Takako Tezuka (Japanese: 手塚貴子, born 6 November 1970 in Utsunomiya) is a Japanese footballer who played as a forward for the Japan women's national football team. She was part of the team at the inaugural 1991 FIFA Women's World Cup. At the club level, she played for Yomiuri Belleza in Japan.
