The election for the 2nd-term President and Vice-President of the Republic of China was held in the Republic of China on March 22, 1954 at the Zhongshan Hall in Taipei.
With electorate of 3,045 members of the National Assembly of the Republic of China, about half of them did not come to Taiwan. With 51.7% turnout, incumbent Kuomintang Chiang Kai-shek with his running mate Chen Cheng defeated China Democratic Socialist Party Xu Fulin in the landslide victory by winning 1507 votes to 48 votes.
