The Taipei Representative Office in Denmark; (Chinese: 駐挪威代表處; pinyin: Zhù Nuówēi Dàibiǎo Chù) represents the interests of Taiwan in Norway in the absence of formal diplomatic relations, functioning as a de facto embassy.

There is currently no counterpart in Taiwan, although there was previously a Norwegian Trade Council office in Taipei, established in 1989. However, this was closed in 2004. Instead, the Trade Council of Denmark in Taipei performs some consular services on behalf of Norway.

History

The first representative office of Taiwan in Norway was the Taipei Trade Centre, established in 1980.

The Office is headed by a Representative, currently Victor Te-sun Yu.
