Tabala (Lydia)

Tabala (Ταλεων) is the name of a Roman and Byzantine town and an ancient Bishopric in Lydia.

The site of Tabala is thought to be Dışkaya village of Uşak Province in Turkey though Cramer identified it with Tonbaili. Tabala was on the Hermus River, and minted its own coins.
