Introducing the ibct educational package for novice trainers

The IBCT is an independent record label based in Southern California. Started in 2009 by Walter Adam "Dirty Walt" Kibby, II and Roderick Byron "Rodcore" Palmer of the band Year Of The Dragon and their then manager, Kris J. Kraus, the label produced and released the first full-length by YOTD, Blunt Force Karma, and the sophomore release by Dirty Walt And The Columbus Sanatation. Subsequently, the label reissued the debut of Seattle's experimental jazz quartet Uncle Pooch, Conduct Unbecoming. Kibby and Palmer left the label in 2010 after YOTD's tour in support of Blunt Force Karma, leaving Kraus as the sole owner and operator. Two more releases by Uncle Pooch, Oneiroprenia and Sonarchy, followed in 2012. Uncle Pooch's final album, The Comfort Of Violence, Shane Smith's debut album, and two releases by Headlock are scheduled for release late 2016/early 2017.
