Acquisitions
Tanla Solutions acquired Finland based mobile payments company OpenBit Oy (now called Tanla Oy) in June 2009. In June 2008, Tanla had picked up 85 percent in the company, followed by an acquisition of 5 percent in June 2009
Tanla’s operations expand across geographies such as United Kingdom, South Africa and India. Some of the products and services offered by the organization include a Mobile Games Club, TPAYmobile, Club Portal and 3G video portal deployments.
