T. J. Syner (born October 13, 1988 ) is an American professional ice hockey player. He is currently playing with the Utah Grizzlies of the ECHL.

Syner attended the University of Massachusetts where he played four seasons (2008-12) of NCAA college hockey with the UMass Minutemen.

On March 14, 2012, Syner joined the Hershey Bears of the AHL, and on June 17, 2013, his contract was extended for him to continue his play with the Bears for the 2013–14 season.

On June 11, 2014, Syner left the Bears organization after two seasons and signed his first European contract, agreeing to a one-year deal with Kallinge-Ronneby IF in the Swedish Hockeyettan (Division 1) on June 11, 2014. Unable to transition to the Swedish lifestyle, Syner alongside teammate Barry Almeida opted to return to North America and sign a one-year ECHL contract with the Utah Grizzlies on September 30, 2014.
