Szałstry [ˈʂau̯strɨ] (German: Schaustern) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Jonkowo, within Olsztyn County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. It lies approximately 9 kilometres (6 mi) west of Jonkowo and 22 km (14 mi) west of the regional capital Olsztyn.
