The Symphony in B-Flat Major ("Mannheim No. 3") is a Mannheim symphony by Johann Stamitz, probably written sometime from 1741 to 1746. It might be Stamitz' first symphony. It is formed in the standard 3-movement symphonic scheme of the time:
- Alla Breve
- Andante
- Allegro
This symphony, just like the others by Stamitz, definitely influenced Joseph Haydn and Mozart. It is about 8 minutes long.
