"Survivors" is an episode from the first season of the science fiction television series Babylon 5.

Synopsis

Garibaldi's past catches up with him as he is framed in an attempt to sabotage a visit by the Earth Alliance President Luis Santiago.

Garibaldi is shown to have suffered alcoholism in the past and is vulnerable to being pushed back into it.

The Homeguard shows up again.

There is an attempt on President Santiago's life, showing that he has made enemies who wish to see him dead.

"Survivors" was originally titled "A Knife in the Shadows."

The character of General Netter, played by Rod Perry, is a reference to Babylon 5 executive producer Douglas Netter.
