Sunshine Biscuits was an Australian producer of biscuits in Albert Park, Victoria. Originally produced by Ballarat Products Limited from 1962, the company changed their name to Sunshine Biscuits in 1962, then to Sunshine Australia in 1972.

Sunshine Biscuits was founded in 1854 by James Long, and acquired by William Crosby and Co. in 1917.

In the years before it closed down the company was making McVitie biscuits at its Ballarat factory under a licensing agreement with United Biscuits.
