Sunflower therapy (also known as the Sunflower Method) is a holistic healing approach intended to help children with learning difficulties such as dyslexia, developmental coordination disorder and ADHD. It involves a number of techniques, including applied kinesiology, physical manipulation, massage, homeopathy, herbal remedies and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP).

The Sunflower Trust was founded in 1995 in the UK by Mark Mathews, a Guildford osteopath.

Dyslexia

A study at Brunel University on 70 children (6–13 years) found that there were statistically significant improvements in academic self-esteem, but no improvements in cognitive or literacy scores associated with the treatment.
