The Suburban Prairie Conference (SPC) was an organization of nineteen high schools in northeastern Illinois, representing sixteen communities in Chicago's suburbs. These high schools are all members of the Illinois High School Association. The conference was subdivided into three divisions: North, East and South. Participating communities are in Cook County, Illinois, DeKalb County, Illinois, DuPage County, Illinois, Grundy County, Illinois, Kane County, Illinois, Kendall County, Illinois and Will County, Illinois. Its final membership consisted of:

Suburban Prairie East (four of these schools formed the Metro Suburban Conference):

Elmwood Park High School, Elmwood Park, Illinois

Fenton High School, Bensenville, Illinois

Lemont High School, Lemont, Illinois

Ridgewood High School, Norridge, Illinois

Riverside-Brookfield High School, Riverside, Illinois

Suburban Prairie North (these six schools and two others formed the Western Sun Conference):

Suburban Prairie South (these seven schools plus Romeoville High School formed the Southwest Prairie Conference):
