Structure of the Belgian Land Component

The current structure of the Land Component of the Belgian Armed Forces is as follows:

COMOPSLAND

  • Operational Command of the Land Component (COMOPSLAND) in Evere
  • Medium Brigade in Leopoldsburg, all units of the brigade operate Piranha IIIC and ATF Dingo2 wheeled, armored vehicles
  • Headquarters and Staff Company, carrying the traditions of the 8th/9th Regiment of the Line in Leopoldsburg
