Stružná, until 1949 Kysibl (German: Gießhübel) is a village and municipality in Karlovy Vary District in the Karlovy Vary Region of the Czech Republic. The municipality covers an area of 12.6 square kilometres (4.9 sq mi) and as of 2006 it had a population of 539.
