Stig Andor Engen (born 20 August 1959) is a retired Norwegian football goalkeeper.

He joined Molde FK from Hareid IL in 1988. He was an unused substitute in the 1989 Norwegian Football Cup Final. In 1990, he returned to Hareid.

He eventually joined IL Hødd, and participated in their promotion to the highest level after the 1994 season. He was the oldest player in the Norwegian Premier League, ahead of Ola By Rise, Arne Bonde and Gøran Sørloth. He retired after the season.
