Stepan Velyaminov

Stepan Lukich Velyaminov (Russian: Stepan Lukich Vel'yaminov; 1670-1737) was a Russian general. In 1722-1727 he was head of the Russian colonial administration in Ukraine by heading the Collegium of Little Russia. In 1720-1722 he was a voivode of the Belgorod Province and commander of all Sloboda Ukraine cossack regiments.
