Stenoma perirrhoa is a moth in the Depressariidae family. It was described by Edward Meyrick in 1930. It is found in French Guiana.

The wingspan is about 26 mm. The forewings are dark brown with a pale brownish-ochreous slender dorsal streak from the base, beyond the middle enlarged into a triangular blotch edged above by an ochreous-white line which is extended around the termen, slightly thickened about the apex, then along the costa, finely attenuated about three-fifths, then gradually thickened to about one-fourth and ending pointed near the base. The hindwings are fuscous with a whitish marginal line around the apex and upper part of the termen.
