The Steinberg Museum of Art at Hillwood, formerly known as the Hillwood Art Museum, is affiliated with the Long Island University's School of Visual and Performance Arts institution in Brookville, New York.
Established in 1988 and located on the second floor of Hillwood Commons, the museum holds temporary exhibitions year around that span from antiquity to contemporary art. The museum also has a private collection that can be publicly viewed at the Permanent Collection Gallery.
The museum's activities include family days, lectures, performances and education programs for school groups.
