The Senate State Institutions and Property Committee is a seven member legislative body consisting of a chairman, a vice-chairman, a secretary, and four members. The Committee operates under a Senate mandate to oversee all construction and maintenance of buildings, public land use, and all other property owned or managed by the State of Georgia.
