The State Commission on Aircraft Accidents Investigation (SCAAI, Polish: Państwowa Komisja Badania Wypadków Lotniczych, PKBWL) is the civil air accident investigation agency of Poland and a division of the Ministry of Infrastructure. The agency has its headquarters in Warsaw.

It is a distinct agency from the Committee for Investigation of National Aviation Accidents, which investigated the 2010 Polish Air Force Tu-154 crash.

SCAAI conducted the investigation for LOT Polish Airlines Flight 16.
