Stary Pawłów [ˈstarɨ ˈpavwuf] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Janów Podlaski, within Biała Podlaska County, Lublin Voivodeship, in eastern Poland, close to the border with Belarus. It lies approximately 2 kilometres (1 mi) west of Janów Podlaski, 20 km (12 mi) north of Biała Podlaska, and 114 km (71 mi) north of the regional capital Lublin.
