Staniszcze Wielkie [staˈniʂt͡ʂɛ ˈvjɛlkʲɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Kolonowskie, within Strzelce County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) west of Kolonowskie, 18 km (11 mi) north of Strzelce Opolskie, and 30 km (19 mi) east of the regional capital Opole.
