The St. Paul's Cathedral (Korean: 답동 주교좌 성당) or simply Cathedral of Incheon, is the name given to a religious building belonging to the Catholic Church and is located in the city of Incheon, the third largest in South Korea.

Father Eugene Cost of the Paris Foreign Missions Society, designed the cathedral of Dapdong Incheon. The church was completed six years ahead of Myeongdong Cathedral in Seoul, with a mixture of styles including Gothic architecture.

The temple follows the Roman or Latin rite and serves as the seat of the Diocese of Incheon (Dioecesis inchonensis or 인천 교구) which was created in 1962 by bull Fertile Evangelii semen by the Pope John XXIII.
