The St. Mary of the Isle Church is the name given to a religious building belonging to the Catholic Church and is located on Hill Street in the city of Douglas, the capital of the Isle of Man, a dependency of the British Crown.

The temple was completed in 1859, it follows the Roman or Latin rite and is part of the jurisdiction of the Diocese of Liverpool (Archidioecesis Liverpolitanus) which also includes the northwest of England in the United Kingdom and was created by the brief apostolic "Universalis Ecclesiae" by Pope Pius IX.

The organ of the Church that has over 100 years was restored in 2006 by Peter Jones.
